project description: The project consists of an existing 6-story building, an adjacent 2-story building and an adjacent 6-story building to be fully renovated as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). Serving as the Owner’s Construction Reviewer, we are responsible for review of the design team’s drawings for all MEPFP systems. In addition, we are responsible for construction observation for all MEPFP systems.

CHA – The Pomeroy Apartments
